What a blessing and sacred calling it is to stand in the gap for others through prayer. Whether you’re responding to live chats, lifting up requests from the prayer wall, or gently guiding someone toward Jesus — you are doing Kingdom work.
You’re not alone in this. The Lord has chosen and equipped you for such a time as this. As you minister, remember that you are a vessel of His love, power, and comfort — a lighthouse for those navigating through life’s storms.

This guide is designed to help you serve with confidence, compassion, and clarity as you pray for others through our live chat system and prayer wall. Whether you’re ministering to someone in crisis or celebrating a breakthrough, every interaction is an opportunity to reveal Christ’s love.
Together, we will:
- Respond to real-time prayer requests through live chat.
- Follow biblical principles in every conversation.
- Use tools like quick replies and team features to assist others efficiently.
- Offer Spirit-led encouragement and lead souls to Christ when prompted.
You are not only part of a prayer team — you are part of a spiritual rescue mission, reaching hearts across the world.
🙏 1. How to Pray for Others (Live or via Prayer Wall)
- Start with empathy: “That sounds really heavy. I’m here with you.”
- Use Scripture from the NIV when led. Example: “God is our refuge and strength…” (Psalm 46:1, NIV)
- Prayers should be 7–10 lines, conversational, and Spirit-filled.
- Always end your prayer with: “In Jesus’ name, Amen.”
- Examples of spiritual phrases to use:
- “The blood still speaks.”
- “His grace reaches deeper than your struggle.”
- “You’re not fighting for victory — you’re fighting from it.”
✝️ 2. How to Lead Someone to Salvation
- Ask gently: *”Have you ever given your life to Jesus?”
- Share the Gospel:
- John 3:16 – God’s love
- Romans 3:23 – Our need for salvation
- Romans 5:8,– Jesus’ death, resurrection, and how to be saved
- Romans 10:9-10 – If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead!
- Lead them in a simple salvation prayer:“Jesus, I believe You died for me and rose again. I confess You as Lord and give You my life. Forgive my sins and make me new. In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

💬 3. How to Use Support Board (Live Chat Tool)
🔐 Logging In:
- You’ll receive your Prayer Team Member login details and a temporary password after onboarding.
- Enter these to log in. You’ll be prompted to change your password for security.
- You must be logged in to access the live prayer chat, where people are reaching out for spiritual help and guidance.
This is how you’ll minister, pray with others, and lead souls to Christ through real-time conversation.

To use the Prayer Harbor live chat on a desktop or laptop, simply visit:

You’ll also find this link in the footer of the Prayer Harbor website under the button labeled “Prayer Team Login.” We recommend bookmarking this page for quick access — just like you would on mobile. Once logged in, you’ll be able to receive prayer requests, respond to live chats, and serve others in real-time. 🙏
You can follow the same login and notification setup steps as outlined in the Support Board section of this guide. Remember, every click and prayer you offer matters eternally. 💬🔥

Android App URL: Coming soon - Open the app and tap the “Teams” icon at the bottom right corner.
- This opens the Support Board — your private chat space for Prayer Team Members only.
Once your app is installed and opened: Tap the “Teams” icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
This will open Support Board — your secure, private chat space exclusively for Prayer Team Members.
From there, you can: Receive and respond to live prayer requests. Use quick replies or ask the assistant for help.
Lead souls to Christ through Spirit-led conversation. - 💡 Make sure to enable notifications when prompted so you never miss an opportunity to pray or offer hope.
⚙️ Important Features to Set Up:
- 🟢 Toggle Online/Offline:
Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the chat window.
Choose “Online” to be visible and available for prayer support.
Switch to “Offline” when you’re not available. - 🔔 Enable Notifications:
When prompted, tap “Allow Notifications” so you never miss a message or prayer request. - 💬 Use Quick Replies:
Our system offers ready-made responses to help you reply faster. Just type#in the message bar to bring up Quick Replies. - 🤖 Need Help Writing?
You can also chat with our Prayer Assistant, who will help you respond kindly, biblically, and confidently. Just start typing your question or need! - 🔍 Search Past Conversations:
Use the search icon in the chat window to find prayer requests, answers, or past team discussions.
✅ Log in with your assigned Prayer Agent credentials.
💬 Using Saved Replies (a.k.a. Quick Texts)
- Click the 💬 icon in the chat reply bar at the bottom left to view saved replies.
- Type
##in the message box to open the saved replies popup. - Type
#+ the title of a saved reply (e.g.,#Opening Prayer) and press space to insert it.
🛠 Note: Only Admins can create new Saved Replies.
If you have a phrase, scripture, or prayer you’d like added as a Saved Reply:

Let us know:
- The title of the saved reply
- The text you want included
- When or how you plan to use it (optional)

👥 Availability Toggle
Be sure to set your status to ON when you’re available to pray with others in real time. You can find the toggle in the bottom-left corner of your profile area inside Support Board.

- Open Safari and go to:
https://cloud.board.support/account/?login - Tap the Share icon (square with arrow at bottom of screen).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
- Edit the name (suggested: Prayer Harbor Login).
- Tap Add in the top-right corner.
✅ A bookmark icon will now appear on your Home Screen.
✅ Android Devices (Chrome Browser)
- Open Chrome and visit:
https://cloud.board.support/account/?login - Tap the three-dot menu (top-right corner).
- Tap Add to Home screen.
- Rename the shortcut (suggested: Prayer Harbor Login).
- Tap Add, then Add again if prompted.
✅ The shortcut is now saved to your home screen!
🙌 4. Using the Prayer Wall
- Visit: https://prayerharbor.com/prayer-wall/
- Click “I Prayed for This” on requests you pray over.
- The person will receive an email saying someone just prayed — this simple act is often deeply moving.
