- Engage in live chat to encourage and pray with website visitors
- Intercede over posted prayer requests on the Prayer Wall
- Walk seekers through salvation with the Gospel
- Offer spiritual support, not therapy or advice
- Represent Prayer Harbor with humility, compassion, and faith

- Mature believers who feel called to prayer ministry
- Those with a compassionate heart and a listening spirit
- Volunteers with basic tech comfort (chat & website)
- People who understand we are a faith-driven prayer team, not counselors or coaches
